As an RN in our Infusion Therapy department, you will provide specialized care to patients receiving IV medications, biologics, and other infusion treatments. Primary Responsibilities Administer IV infusions, medications, and biologic therapies according to provider orders and clinic protocols, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. Monitor patients closely for adverse reactions and intervene promptly as needed. Provide thorough patient education on therapy plans, medication schedules, and potential side effects. Maintain meticulous documentation in the EMR, including treatment details, vital signs, and patient responses. Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, and support staff to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes. Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to anticipate patient needs, troubleshoot complications, and adjust care plans within scope of practice.
