Design, implement, and monitor individualized vision therapy programs for patients of all ages Conduct vision therapy sessions targeting conditions such as amblyopia, strabismus, convergence insufficiency, and binocular vision disorders Perform and document pre- and post-therapy visual assessments and progress evaluations Collaborate closely with optometrists to develop and adjust treatment plans Educate patients and families on home therapy exercises and visual hygiene practices Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation using practice management software Stay current with the latest vision therapy techniques, tools, and research
