East Houston Medical Center East Houston Medical Center is seeking 12 experienced RN OR Circulators to help shape the next chapter of surgical excellence for our Baytown location, with onboarding and cultural integration beginning at our Wallisville campus. This opportunity is designed for polished perioperative nurses who lead with composure, clinical precision, and a deep commitment to patient advocacy in the operating room.

Opportunity This is more than a staff nurse’s opening. It is an opportunity to join a surgical team being built with intention, discipline, and pride. Selected nurses will begin at the Wallisville location to learn the East Houston Medical Center standard firsthand, build alignment with leadership and colleagues, and carry that excellence into Baytown operations.

The RN OR Circulators plays a central role in the intraoperative environment by coordinating patient care, protecting safety, maintaining sterile practice, managing communication, and advocating for the patient throughout the surgical experience. AORN states that every surgical patient deserves a perioperative registered nurse throughout operative and invasive procedures, which reinforces the value of experienced circulators in a high-performing OR setting.

What you will bring Proven experience as an RN OR Circulators in an acute care hospital or surgical setting.

Strong command of sterile technique, surgical workflow, intraoperative documentation, patient safety, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Calm presence, professional maturity, and the ability to perform with excellence in a fast-moving perioperative environment.

A mindset that values accountability, teamwork, preparation, and service at the highest level.
