Looking for a meaningful nursing role with one-on-one patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide overnight care for a pediatric patient with seizure activity and a J-tube in a home setting. This is a great opportunity to build strong patient relationships while delivering skilled, focused care.
Seizure monitoring and intervention J-tube feeding and care Ongoing assessment and support in a home environment Must be comfortable riding the school bus with the patient when needed
Provide skilled nursing care per the Plan of Care Monitor and document seizure activity Manage J-tube feedings and site care Assist with daily care and ensure patient safety Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Active Ohio LPN license Current CPR certification G-tube/J-tube experience preferred (paid training provided) Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance Ability to pass background check and drug screening Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray Ability to ride the school bus with the patient Pay & Benefits:
