Market context

Virginia LPN roles remain steady

In Virginia, LPN openings are often driven by ongoing needs in clinics, long-term care, and other patient-facing settings, so employers typically look for candidates who are ready to start with an active Virginia LPN license and a high school diploma. These roles can be competitive because some employers accept applicants without prior experience, while still expecting BLS within 90 days and a solid fit for direct care. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and prepare to complete BLS quickly if you apply.
