Market context

Chaplain roles value clinical and inclusive care

In Massachusetts, chaplain openings are often tied to hospitals, senior care, and other settings where spiritual support is part of patient-centered care. This role is competitive because employers look for both formal preparation, such as a theology, religion, or human services degree or ACPE-accredited Clinical Pastoral Education, and the ability to provide inclusive care across faiths and cultures. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then tailor your application to show interfaith experience and pastoral care examples.
