Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) – Outpatient | Vernon, CT | 4-Day Work Week Available Location: Vernon, CT Join a Patient-Centered Outpatient Primary Care Practice An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, physician-focused team in Vernon, Connecticut.
