High Point Residence Fox Valley Aurora, IL: Full-Time Nurse — RN or LPN

Daytime hours with every-other-weekend availability required.

Position Summary

High Point Residence Fox Valley; a supportive living community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our team in a supportive living community setting. This full-time role plays a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care under the direction of the Wellness Director.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working closely with residents and being part of a collaborative care team.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide routine daily nursing care and clinical services in accordance with individualized care plans
• Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition
• Administer medications accurately and maintain proper documentation
• Collaborate with CNAs and team members to support resident well-being
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to direct care staff
• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Wellness Director

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in medication administration and care documentation
• Valid CPR certification required

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist residents as needed
• Experience in supportive living, assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred
