  • Description PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Multiple Columbus-Area SNF Locations Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned & Operated We are currently seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Columbus, Ohio market. Opportunities are available in: Columbus, OH Worthington, OH Delaware, OH Westerville, OH Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignment is based on applicant preference, scheduling availability, and geographic convenience. This position supports a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Columbus area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations and travel expectations with each candidate. We strive to place clinicians in facilities that best align with their desired commute and scheduling preferences. Requirements

What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, function, positioning, and overall quality of life Communicate patient progress, concerns, and recommendations with the supervising Physical Therapist, nursing staff, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care planning, interdisciplinary team meetings, and discharge planning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist Complete timely, accurate treatment documentation, progress notes, daily billing, and discharge-related documentation Educate patients, families, and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs Participate in facility in-service training and educational programs Recommend appropriate equipment and interventions to support patient outcomes Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements, company policies, and professional standards Support a culture of clinical excellence, professionalism, and compassionate patient-centered care

Qualifications

Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Ohio Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity expectations About Us
