Performs clinical tests and procedures across various laboratory sections while maintaining strict adherence to standard operating procedures. Responsible for quality control, preventive maintenance, and providing technical guidance to students and coworkers.

Baccalaureate degree with major in Medical Technology or related science required. Less than one year Certified as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist by Board of Registry of ASCP or equivalent due upon hire or within 1 year from date of hire. Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English. Multicultural sensitivity. Microsoft Office – basic computer skills. Customer/patient focused. Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position
Requires a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science and ASCP certification as an MT or MLS. Must possess strong critical thinking skills and fluency in English.
