Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) – Outpatient | Litchfield, CT | Flexible Schedule Location: Litchfield, CT Join a Patient-Centered Outpatient Primary Care Practice An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, physician-focused team in Litchfield, Connecticut.
