We are currently seeking a caring LPN to provide exceptional care to a pediatric client in the Johnstown, Ohio area. This special client has a G-tube, trach, Ventilator and NG-tube, and the family is looking for someone who can provide top-notch care with compassion. The shifts are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday

$31.00 per hour
Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care Ensure a safe environment for the client Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
Valid LPN License in the State of Ohio Current CPR Certification 1 year of G-tube and Trach experience preferred NG-tube experience Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
