Market context
Registered Dietitian openings in Virginia are often tied to hospitals, long-term care, and community health settings, where employers look for candidates with a CDR credential and active state licensure or certification. These roles can be competitive because experience in geriatrics or long-term care is often preferred, and continuing education opportunities may be part of the package.
