About the role

Lincolnshire Place of Sycamore is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our full-time healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and develop nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and medications. Assist with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies. Participate in patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans based on patient needs. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in all nursing activities. Current Illinois RN/LPN license. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Must be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion while providing care to patients. Job satisfaction PTO (Full-Time) Competitive wages Medical insurance (Full-Time) Time and a Half and Holiday pay Set schedule (8 shifts per pay period)

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Illinois RN or LPN license. Strong clinical assessment skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required.
