About the role

The LPN is responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility. Key duties include administering and documenting medications and assisting with service plan documentation.

Provide care and assistance to residents in assisted living facility by performing the following duties.

Primarily responsible for providing personal care and assisted services according to the written and verbal direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing.

The LPN is responsible for administering and documenting medications.

Monitor scheduled resident administration of medications, following the guidelines of the Medication Charting/Policy procedure.

Document care and assistance given on a daily basis to clients and assist supervisor with service plan and related documentation.

Have a valid state of Indiana LPN licience.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid state of Indiana LPN license. The role requires the ability to follow medication charting policies and work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
