About the Role

As a Dental Hygienist at Noble, you’ll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You’ll be a key part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Conduct Patient Screenings – Assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns
  • Perform Dental Cleanings – Remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care
  • Educate Patients – Provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more
  • Take X-rays & Diagnostics – Capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Apply Preventive Treatments – Administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth
  • Support the Dentist – Assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
  • Valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
  • 1+ year of experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program and hold a valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License. BLS Certification is required, and one or more years of experience is preferred.
