We’re seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) MST Clinician to join our team and deliver impactful treatment to youth facing behavioral challenges.

What You’ll Do Each Day

  • Settings: Initiate contact within 48 hours of referral to build trust and establish strong therapeutic relationships.

  • Treatment: Work directly with youth aged 12-17 and their families, developing personalized treatment plans that focus on strengths and address challenges like delinquency and substance use.

  • Environments: Help families develop and strengthen natural support networks, including school, community, and home settings.
  • Collaborate with a

  • Team: Participate in team meetings with supervisors, probation officers, and other professionals to coordinate care and share insights.

  • Outcomes: Write monthly reports on youth progress, discuss treatment milestones with referring agencies, and plan next steps.

What We’re Looking For

A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field. Valid clinical license (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A). Strong therapeutic, advocacy, and crisis intervention skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English - ability to communicate effectively with clients and families. Experience working with youth and families preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Valid driver’s license to use a company provided car (and paid gas card)
