$15.00/hour (before shift differentials!) Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 40 hours/week with weekend scheduling MUST HAVE: Completed High School Diploma or GED Essential
Assist with the intake and orientation process for new clients entering the program. Maintain accurate client documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards. Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable. Coordinate and supervise client daily activities and schedules. Follow treatment plan objectives and support client-specific therapeutic goals. Monitor client behavior and emotional needs and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention when necessary. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment. Assist with client dietary and daily living needs as required. Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. Other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities When Serving as a BHT Driver Transport clients to and from treatment programs, medical appointments, meetings, and other approved locations. Ensure safe supervision of clients during transportation. Follow all company transportation policies and safety procedures. Maintain required transportation documentation and logs. Ensure vehicles are operated safely and report maintenance or safety concerns as appropriate.
