Market context

Florida Ob/Gyn roles remain highly competitive

Florida continues to show steady demand for Ob/Gyn physicians, especially in settings serving growing patient populations and expanding women’s health services. These roles are competitive because employers typically look for an MD or DO, accredited Ob/Gyn residency training, Florida licensure, and board certification, while offering relocation assistance, malpractice coverage, sign-on bonuses, and RVU-based compensation. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your Florida license status and board certification before applying.
