The Edinburg Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Specialist to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This community based role supports adults living with serious mental health challenges as they work toward employment, independence, recovery, and community integration.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help individuals identify career goals, develop job readiness skills, secure meaningful employment opportunities, and maintain success in the workplace.

Requires a Bachelor's degree with one year of human services experience or a Master's degree. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are mandatory.
