What You'll Do Provide exceptional preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic dental hygiene services.

Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, oral health screenings, and preventive treatments.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations that support lifelong oral health.

Partner closely with doctors and teammates to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver outstanding patient care.

What You'll Bring Current Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Wisconsin.

Schedule (days/hours)

MON-WED 7 or 8am - 5pm THURS 7 or 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) A current CPR certification

Compensation: $48-$50 per hour About Us

Requirements

Must hold a current Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin or be eligible for licensure, and possess a current CPR certification. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for patient education and a commitment to clinical excellence.
