18+ years old 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas) Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Current CPR certification Current negative TB test results
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping) Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff Work location / Service area Clients are located in Sykesville, Westminster, Frederick, Annapolis, Catonsville, Ellicott City, Columbia, and surrounding Baltimore-area communities.
