About the role
Provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Maintain a safe environment while offering companionship and clear communication with families and agency staff.
In-Home Caregiver (CNA I/II or personal experience) – Immediate Openings
Pay: Starting at $18/hour + overtime opportunities (short shifts up to $25/hour)
Work setting: One-on-one care in clients’ homes

Qualifications
18+ years old 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas) Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Current CPR certification Current negative TB test results
Responsibilities
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping) Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff Work location / Service area Clients are located in Sykesville, Westminster, Frederick, Annapolis, Catonsville, Ellicott City, Columbia, and surrounding Baltimore-area communities.
