Provide high-quality virtual care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Collaborate with provider teams to manage acute and chronic conditions while maintaining accurate patient records.
We're looking for a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. You'll provide care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, maintain accurate and current patient records, and work collaboratively with our provider and support teams. You should have at least 3 years of post-residency experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings. 20hrs/wk min - $108.17 per hour on average with guaranteed base + benefits. Additionally, Included Health offers productivity incentives for employees who exceed the visit target. Details of the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
