Community-Based Work & Service Area This is a field-based role supporting patients across Cook, Kane, DuPage, Lake, and McHenry Counties.

RNs work in both home and facility environments, traveling throughout the Chicagoland area to provide thoughtful, patient-centered hospice care.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Role Overview As a Hospice Registered Nurse you provide skilled, compassionate care while supporting patients and families through life's final chapters.

This role balances clinical judgment with presence, communication, and dignity-focused care.

You'll work independently in the field while remaining closely connected to a supportive, nurse-led team.
