We are hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to work as in-home caregivers for their own family or friends under the CHC Waiver.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep Provide companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying up Medication reminders (no dispensing) Accompany client to appointments and errands Follow a care plan coordinated by a CHC service coordinator
