As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Direct Care Worker, you'll provide compassionate personal care and support to individuals who rely on you daily.

We're seeking dedicated, friendly caregivers ready to deliver top-quality, in-home assistance in accordance with each client's personalized care plan.
What You'll Do: Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assisting with personal care: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, nail care, shaving Mobility support: ambulation, transferring, positioning clients in bed, using assistive devices Supporting physical therapy plans, passive and active exercises under supervision Monitoring and communicating changes in physical or emotional health Performing light housekeeping: laundry, tidying bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms Preparing meals (including special diets), shopping for groceries, and household supplies Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when appropriate Documenting care and submitting timely reports via telephony system Who We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: At least 18 years of age Completion of a formal certification program or ability to pass a skills/competency test Ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Neat appearance and good personal hygiene Dependability, reliability, and sound judgment Friendly, patient, and respectful with a sincere interest in caring for others Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Valid driver's license, insured vehicle in good repair, and clean driving record Ability to travel independently to clients' homes (unless exempt) Must be able to work at least two weekends per month as scheduled
