The technician is responsible for receiving samples from all hospital departments and ensuring timely, accurate results are returned to clinical teams. They also maintain lab inventory and ensure the facility remains safe and clean according to regulations.
We are a 24-hour Emergency, Specialty and Critical Care center located in Syracuse, New York.
We currently have a large team of full and part time emergency clinicians, as well as board certified specialists in surgery, internal medicine, radiology, critical care, oncology, cardiology, and anesthesiology.
We also have a certified veterinary acupuncturist and a physical rehabilitation suite including underwater treadmill, hydrotherapy pool, and exercise room.
Attached to the VMC is an IDEXX reference laboratory, which enables accurate test results with a fast turnaround time for hospitalized patients.

Requirement: NYS Licensed Veterinary Technician
