We’re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our MedSurg Department at our Ontario location.
Gathers data, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the nursing unit under the supervision of a RN. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the patients between shifts by providing direct care as well as assisting with the care given by nursing assistants and supportive staff members. Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission.
• Two (2) or more years of previous experience in rehabilitation nursing, longer term care or hospital setting.

Candidates must hold a current LPN license in the State of Ohio and a current BLS certification. Previous experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or a hospital setting is preferred.
