Overview: River Edge is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Adult Outpatient unit who is energetic and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will excel in completing nursing assessments, encompassing evaluations of food/nutrition and pain assessments. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including evaluating food/nutrition intake and assessing pain levels in patients. Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or as dictated by the specific healthcare setting. Adhere to all relevant internal and external regulations, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements in the healthcare setting.
