The Clinician (Primary Counselor) is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to adults receiving substance use treatment at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care. This role conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, facilitates individual and group therapy, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support clients throughout their recovery journey. The Clinician utilizes evidence-based practices, DSM-5 and ASAM criteria, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention techniques to address substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while promoting long-term recovery and wellness.

Candidates must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and an active Texas clinical license, along with a minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health. Knowledge of DSM-5 and ASAM criteria is required, along with strong documentation and communication skills.
