The Clinician provides rehabilitative services, including therapy and crisis intervention, to Medicaid-eligible children and youth under 21. They are responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and the implementation of treatment and behavior support plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The Clinician will work with assigned individuals, providing rehabilitative services to children/youth under the age of 21 who are Medicaid eligible that meet necessity.
All Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) can be delivered in the community where the child/youth lives, attends school, and/or engages in services.
Treatment includes but is not limited to: individual, family and/or group therapy, assessment, evaluation and testing, and crisis intervention.
The Clinician is responsible for those tasks which require skill, judgment, and decisions that involve clinical knowledge, training, and experience.
The Clinician is also responsible for planning, implementing, and guiding treatment in all aspects of daily living during the individual’s placement in CFTSS services.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Must be available to work a 40-hour work week.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand and run for moderate periods of time.

Pay: Full-Time: $70,000
Per diem: $100 an hour
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and be licensed (or have a limited permit). A valid NYS driver's license and experience with at-risk youth or evidence-based psychotherapy are preferred.
