As a professional, the MT is responsible for carrying out the philosophy and objectives defined by regulatory requirements and hospital standard operating procedures. Education: Bachelor’s degree with major in Medical Technology or related science required.
A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science is required. Candidates must be certified as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist by the ASCP or equivalent upon hire or within one year.
