Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the pharmacist delivers patient-centered pharmaceutical care in an accurate, timely and courteous manner.
Patient-centered pharmaceutical care includes involvement in all areas of the Medication Management process including selection and procurement, ordering and transcribing, preparation and dispensing, storage, administration and monitoring.
The focus of the pharmacist is to ensure safe medication practices that improve patient outcomes.

Paid time off (PTO) earned on an accrual basis, up to 3.5 weeks per year based on a 40 hour work week. Company paid holidays.
Highschool diploma or equivalent The Pharmacist must have graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy with either a Bachelor's (B.S.) or Doctorate (Pharm.D.) in pharmacy. Previous hospital experience or ASHP-accredited residency is preferred but not required. OCH is an Equal Opportunity Employer
