Working closely with the residents, CNAs are vital to their physical and emotional wellbeing and can experience deep fulfillment from providing for their needs.
In this role, we seek to promote career pathways by providing avenues for CNAs to obtain their RN or LPN if desired. If additional schooling isn’t in your plans, there are opportunities to gain leadership roles such as CNA Mentor or CNA Team Lead, or you can expand your capabilities by becoming a Medication Assistant Aide. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Idaho or willing to obtain CNA within 120 days of hire Must be CPR-certified Must have a working knowledge of basic healthcare equipment including wheelchairs, electrical beds, lift equipment, carts, scales, and vital sign analysis equipment Must be able to competently and positively work with residents, other employees, and the public
