All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve.
If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.
What you’ll do Provide one-on-one, play-based physical therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence Deliver evidence-based treatment across gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates Coordinate care with SLP and OT so every kid gets one connected plan Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first Why this role at Oaklin Lane Pay tied to the work itself.
