This contract position provides an excellent opportunity for an associate-level physician to work on-site in a dynamic medical practice environment.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality radiological services to our diverse patient population. Your expertise will contribute to accurate diagnostics and treatment planning, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Perform and interpret a variety of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases and treatment plans Ensure quality control of radiological equipment and procedures Provide clear and concise reports of imaging findings Stay updated on advances in radiology and integrate new techniques as needed Participate in departmental meetings and clinical audits Provide excellent patient care and address any patient concerns Adhere to medical regulations and ethical standards in practice
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board certification in Radiology Valid medical license to practice in the state Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnostic imaging techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to continuing education and professional development Experience working in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-4p
Setting: Onsite
Daily Volume: 120–150 studies and 1–2 procedures
Case Types: General Diagnostic Radiology
Required Procedures: Paracentesis, thoracentesis, stereotactic breast biopsies, and other image-guided biopsies
Modalities: CT, MRI, US, X-ray, DEXA, mammography, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine
EMR: Epic
PACS: Synapse
Voice Recognition: PowerScribe One
Must be board-certified
