As a Locum Ob/Gyn physician, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality medical care to patients, addressing a range of women's health issues, and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to delivering outstanding patient services in a thriving medical practice.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and preventive care Manage labor and delivery processes Diagnose and treat various women's health conditions Consult and collaborate with other medical professionals as needed Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately Participate in patient education and counseling Oversee the care of both high-risk and low-risk pregnancies

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Board certification in Ob/Gyn (or eligibility) Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Proficient in medical software and record-keeping systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in an Ob/Gyn role is preferred Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment

Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts, 7a-7a

Level II NICU

Annual Volume: 250 deliveries

Support Staff: In-house anesthesia

EMR: Meditech

Board certification required

Paid travel & expenses
