  • Summary: Functions independently and consistently in the delivery of quality care to physical therapy patients in accordance with individual patient needs, physician orders, department policies and procedures, and standards of practice. Evaluates patients, plans and implements treatment programs, and documents all treatment accurately. Works in conjunction with other members of the health care team to ensure patient needs are met. Knowledge of physical therapy principles and procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving ability in order to determine the best methods to address patient problems.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, a current Texas license, and BLS certification. A minimum of one year of experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
