A true passion for caregiving and a desire to help others Pride in providing excellent client care and customer service Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature Ability to work independently and follow care plans Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors Clear background check and references Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance CPR and First Aid certification (or complete within first 30 days of employment) Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration Recent TB test result (within the last 24 months) Current CPR and First Aid certification
HCA registration, TB test results, and CPR/First Aid certification can be obtained or submitted after hire but must be completed before the caregiver's first scheduled shift.
