About the role

Provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families within the Emergency Department. Participate in a 12-week program consisting of didactics, hands-on learning, and clinical preceptorship.

Responsibilities

  • Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate and New to Specialty Opportunity!
  • Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital is hiring New Graduate and New to Specialty Registered Nurses in our Emergency Department.
  • This Program Starts September 21, 2026 RN New Graduates will experience 12 weeks of didactics, hands-on learning, and clinical preceptorship.
  • Application period: July 14th- July 28th / or once 300 applications are recieved.

  • To be considered for a New Grad interview you must have an active California RN License or NCLEX test date prior to August 15th, 2026.
  • To be considered for a New to Specialty interview you must have an active California RN License and have at least one year of acute care experience Full time positions are available at BOTH hospitals, shifts are dependent upon department needs.
  • Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, is a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission.
  • It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station.
  • The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month.
  • The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center.
  • Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a 120-bed acute-care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) provided by board certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • BSN preferred.
  • REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS Registered Nurse with current California RN license.

Requirements
