Job Purpose Make a difference every day as a Direct Support Professional. You'll assist individuals in reaching their personal goals, encourage greater independence, and provide support both in the home and throughout the community. Along the way, you'll build meaningful relationships while gaining valuable experience in the human services field.
$18.00 per hour for full-time and part-time employees.

18+ with a high school diploma or GED Valid U.S. driver’s license & acceptable driving record Must pass MN DHS Background Study Strong communication skills Willingness to learn, no experience required Preferred experience: CNA, PCA, DSP, caregiver, or similar
