About the role

The Medical Assistant provides both clinical and administrative support to providers, including rooming patients and taking vital signs. They are also responsible for managing patient records in eClinicalWorks, handling scheduling, and maintaining exam rooms.

Position Summary

The Medical Assistant will support providers with both clinical and administrative duties. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Room patients, take vital signs, and document patient information Assist providers during examinations and procedures Update and maintain patient records in eClinicalWorks (eCW) Handle patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups Manage phone calls, prescription refills, and patient inquiries Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared

Qualifications

Must have experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Previous Medical Assistant experience (1+ years preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
