We’re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services Department at our hospital locations.
Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.
• Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.

Candidates must be a current Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio and hold a current BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of experience in a physician office.
