  • Schedule: Rotating | PRN How you'll make an impact in this role Capture high-fidelity diagnostic images that empower physicians to make accurate, life-saving medical decisions for every patient. Advocate for patient safety by meticulously applying radiation protection protocols and selecting precise exposure factors to minimize unnecessary risks. Guide patients through the imaging journey by providing clear communication, compassionate positioning, and continuous monitoring to ensure their comfort and safety. Optimize clinical workflows by maintaining peak equipment performance and refining imaging protocols to elevate the department’s standard of care. Manage the integrity of the patient’s digital record by ensuring all data, markers, and histories are accurately submitted for a seamless diagnostic review. What minimum qualifications you'll need
  • Licensure /
  • Certification /
  • Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Florida Radiologic Technology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need ARRT Certification. Must be currently registered and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. State Licensure. A valid, current state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (as required by local regulations).
