Help Adults Heal in Our Eating Disorder IOP High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope are trusted providers of evidence-based outpatient behavioral healthcare throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

Our Adult Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides specialized treatment for adults experiencing eating disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy while helping clients build the skills needed for lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy for adults participating in our Eating Disorder IOP.

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, dietitians, nurses, and fellow therapists to coordinate high-quality client care.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and program standards.

Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that promotes recovery and client engagement.

Perform additional duties as needed to support program operations.

Qualifications

Required: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. Completion of a clinical internship or practicum. Strongly Preferred: Experience or specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders. Experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP behavioral health setting. Experience working with adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders. Requirements
