As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care.
We’re seeking dedicated clinicians to join our Sterling, VA team and provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as the caregivers who support them.
you’ll select your license type and preferred arrangement in the application.
Employment options: 1099 Contractor | LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Lcsw, lpc, lmft pay: $90-$100 per session
W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMSW, SiSW
Lcsw, lpc, lmft pay: $50,000 base + $80/session beyond base caseload
W2 Full-Time | LCSW, LPC, LMFT (Select Markets & Limited Availability)

Salary Range: $40,000—$105,000 USD

Must hold an active Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW) and have at least one year of experience with pediatric patients and telehealth. Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends is required.
