Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified. Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year.
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in South Carolina with an ADN degree. Requires BLS certification and Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia certification within one year.
