The Physician Assistant provides comprehensive primary and specialty care, including HIV/HepC and LGBT health, under the direction of a supervising physician. Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and the oversight of the supervising/assigned Physician, the Physician Assistant provides comprehensive care to Trillium Health patients. The scope of practice includes primary and/or specialty care delivery (HIV/HepC, PEP/PrEP, Transgender/LGBT Health), education, health promotion, and collaboration with patients, families, and all Trillium Health staff. The ability to work as a member of a team is critical.
