Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents and develops individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life. Working under physician orders, the Occupational Therapist collaborates closely with nursing, rehabilitation, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care.

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
